Hi, my name is Christie. As a wife and a mother of seven, I am very familiar with heartache and struggle. I have been blessed to discover many tools and holistic modalities that help me overcome these challenges. Now, I am passionate about working with others to help them also find Conscious Connections with their loved ones.

MY STORY

For years I neglected my own emotional and mental health, while focusing on those who needed me. Each day felt like more than I could deal with. It was an overwhelming situation.

That is when my body began trying to get my attention in the form of different physical issues. It didn't seem like anything major, but it was a nearly constant reminder that something was wrong.

It was brought to my attention that my physical issues were stemming from an emotional root while working with a Chiropractor that practices alternative modalities. Releasing those emotional traumas and healing myself began a journey of discovering my true self, making positive Conscious Connections with my loved ones, and realizing my calling to empower others on their own journeys.
